Processing your Customer Orders

Step 1

  • Check the Merchant Portal when you receive an order notification.

Step 2

  • Check the physical stock before accepting the order. Print a picking list to make stock check easier.

Step 3

  • Enter the number of packages in the order - the merchant portal will print 1 label per package.

Step 4

  • Accept the order by printing the label. Accepting the order automatically notifies the customer and the TradeKart delivery driver.

There is a target time of 15 minutes for these first 4 steps to be completed.

Step 5

  • Prepare the order for collection and book the stock out on the merchant internal stock control system.
